Perfect breakfast, bright rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was brilliant, not far from the beach and the pier and shops and tram station. Moreover, we parked our car on-site.

The staff were extremly helpful and that's why I recommend it. TV, fridge and balcony were provided for a really very peaceful stay. Very fantastic location to promenade. Plunge pool & relaxing bar.

Good value as opposed to other options, centrally located. Very classy location, useful staff, all round thoroughly enjoyable experience! The breakfast was generous - plenty of food, including bread, bakery, meats, fresh fruit and boiled eggs. The view was worth every penny and our room was retro. Near the white beach. Plunge swimming pool and lobby bar were there.

We thoroughly enjoyed all the hotel offered: soft beds and skilled staff. The location was cosy, not too far away from llandudno beach. Food was tasteful and restaurant was absolutely PLEASANT. This simple property was outstanding value as contrasted with other options.

There was a warm reception. Had convenient room with a new bathroom, excellent views and seaview for a fantastic stay. Staff was respectful, and requests were handled quickly.

A special thanks to dismissive staff. Variety of nice hot breakfast items to choose from. Location near the beach, simply perfect. Spent time by the pool, especially when it was pleasant outside. Really super base for shopping.

We visited such places as llandudno promenade that were next to the hotel. You can also visit fortes ice cream parlour that offers excellent meals. In love with four saints brig y don. Free Wi Fi was a great addition.
